A bench trial was held in this case from December 14 through December 17, 2009 before Judge Sammartino in federal court in San Diego, CA. Judge Sammartino has ordered post-trial briefings with briefs due on February 22, 2010. We expect a decision from the Court sometime in the spring of 2010.
