Mr. Osborn has three decades of legal experience, primarily litigating and trying complex cases, including class action lawsuits.  The Firm has tried cases in State and Federal Courts in the areas of wage-and-hour claims by employees, “failure to warn” cases against drug makers, and business disputes among investors and money managers.  The Firm has taken on big pharma, the United States Postal Service, and a billion-dollar transportation company.  More recently, Osborn Law has expanded its practice to include the representation of Social Security Disability applicants who have been denied benefits and want to take an appeal to Federal Court.

Mr. Osborn and his team have had many successes representing clients bringing these kinds of lawsuits.  One reason is because Osborn Law has trial experience and is not hesitant to try cases.  A trial is often the only way to get cases resolved.  At the same time, Mr. Osborn and his team are able to litigate quickly and efficiently to resolve smaller disputes and preserve clients’ resources.
