Osborn Law accepts referrals for Federal Court appellate work.  We do not represent Social Security Disability claimants in proceedings before the Social Security Administration.
Our representation is focused on, and limited to, appeals from the denial of benefits by Administrative Law Judges and the Appeals Council.

We have an outstanding success rate before the District Courts.  We also obtain in forma pauperis status for the vast majority of our clients so that they rarely have to pay a filing fee.

If we are successful, the case is remanded to the Social Security Administration for a second hearing and another opportunity to obtain disability benefits.  Because we do not represent clients before the Agency, referring law firms do not have to worry about losing their clients
to us.
